Naturopathic Medicine
I’m on a mission to redefine what healthcare looks like.
You know your body best.
I’m here to support you.
As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Lauren Russell provides family medicine with a special focus in reproductive & hormone health, gastrointestinal health and children’s health. She is an advocate for getting to the root cause of why you feel the way you do and coming up with a treatment plan that works.
Working Together.
-
Initial Appointment
This is where we begin. In a 75-minute session, we'll discuss your health concerns, past medical history, daily life, and family history. If you have any lab results, please bring them along. Together, we'll create a plan and determine the next steps.
-
Follow-Ups
The second follow-up is a 30-minute appointment scheduled 5-6 weeks after your initial visit. This session allows us to check in on your progress, make any necessary adjustments, review previous lab results, and order any additional labs if needed.
-
Continued Care
Regular follow-ups, ranging from 15 to 45 minutes, are designed to be accessible and aligned with your treatment goals, providing ongoing support and accountability. These sessions may also include acupuncture and/or craniosacral therapy.
